Relax in our wellness area
In the stylish 60m² wellness area you will find a sauna, a steam bath, a Kneipp treading pool, two experience showers and a relaxation room with alpine flair - ideal for pure relaxation. The wellness area is open daily from 16:00 to 19:00 for hotel guests and can also be used privately by prior reservation.
Sauna
Sweat yourself healthy in our sauna! A sauna promotes rest and relaxation, strengthens the immune system and circulation, stimulates the metabolism and cares for the skin.
Steam bath
The Greeks and Romans were already familiar with the steam bath. The low temperatures of 43°-45°C and the relative humidity of 100% are ideal for relaxation. The hot steam is particularly effective for respiratory diseases and rheumatic complaints. It promotes blood circulation, cleanses and revitalizes the skin.
Experience shower
A visit to the experience shower is a must after a sauna or steam bath. After slowly cooling down in the shower, you can finish off with a cold water jet from the bucket shower or the waterfall shower.
Kneipp treading pool
The change from the hot to the cold pool stimulates the circulation. Walking over the stones also has a stimulating effect on the foot reflex zones. The cold-warm rhythm dilates the blood vessels.
Relaxation room
The separate room is for relaxing and unwinding. We recommend a 20-minute rest break after a sauna or steam bath session.
SPA offer for out-of-house guests
Enjoy 2 hours private use of our SPA area either from 1:45 pm to 3:45 pm or from 7:15 pm to 9:15 pm.
